tracks in rekordbox with red circle and red line through it- all mp3

hi, there are a large volume of my tracks in rekordbox which cannot be loaded into rekordbox to play as file format not supported. all these are mp3 so should be supported. when i try and analyse individually this message comes up- can you help?

Could you please post one or two so we could inspect them and tell you why it might not load?

I'm having the same issue but with just a few tracks

"Sample rate 0 Hz" might be the problem... it looks like it's possibly a bad / corrupt / damaged / poorly encoded file.
