How do I transfer playlists from a USB flash drive (MAC) into the new computer (PC)?

My MacBook not work, In it installed Rekordbox. I left the Rekordbox USB flash drive.

I recently installed Recordbox on my desktop pc (Windows) and created new playlists.

How move playlists from USB Rekordbox Flash (formated MAC) in to my Recordbox desktop pc (Windows) ?

You can't, really. rekordbox isn't designed to allow you to move songs or playlists from one computer to another unless you're using an external database (and song collection).

Please see the help article here for additional information on migrating your database to an external drive.
