RMX 1000 HOW TO ACTIVATE RELEASE BUTTON

Hi There,
I just buy new rmx1000 and I folow instalation AS per instruction attached.
Everything works fine apart from Release button , does anyone know how to activate this button ? Only the red light it blinking ,
