Folder Link <Rekordbox>

Rekordbox > create playlist > playlist options > link folder > finder pop-up > select folder > ok

Imagine how much time we could all save if we could have an auto-updatable link between our HDD & Rekordbox? Would save me hours thats for sure!!

I completely agree, this is would be a very, very handy feature, @Pioneer staff: Are you considering such a solution?

With the possibility of a DJ going to a gig, opening rekordbox, having "monitored" folders automatically populate the database with a whole heap of new songs, analysis starting, and thus causing potential performance quality loss, we feel it's better for a manual process of importing folders to rekordbox.

If you have everything contained within one parent folder, simply re-importing that parent folder from time to time, when convenient and not performing, will import newly added files from those folders to the collection.
