The answer was provided, I'm sorry we don't have another solution for your unsupported drive installation.
Music files on HD in optical bay not analyzing. It has worked fine for 5 years. The HD was recently cloned and replaced. I had an open ticket but the Rep closed the ticket after not being much help.
I was given an "official" answer that Rekordbox doesn't like HD placed in the optical bay and I should move the files to the boot up HD.
After telling the Rep that it was working fine in the past and that i would appreciate a little more effort in getting it back working, the Rep closed my ticket.
I was experiencing a similar issue with Serato and they sent me a link for Team Viewer. Logged into my computer remotely and fixed the problem in a matter of minutes.
It would be nice to get that same level of support from Rekordbox.Or just a little more help than what was just provided.
