Unable to update DDJ-RX firmware

Hi,

I've purchased my DDJ-RX and tried to connect it to my computer following all the steps in the manual, but when i plug the controller in to my computer (Windows10), holding the SHIFT/SYNC button with master level flashing, message pops up saying "The USB device you have connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it." so the firmware can not start, cause the controller isn't recognized. Do you think the controller is faulty?? Thank you for your help

Hello Michal,

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Will you please first install driver from the link below and check if rekordbox dj recognizes DDJ-RX as well as DDJ-RX properly controls rekordbox dj?

After successfully installing the driver, please update the firmware in the same page as you did for the first time.

If you still have any issues, please let us know.
