No, SLIP disables itself when you load a new track. This is a default that can not be changed.

You can set the hot cue to GATE mode, which basically follows the deck's playback state; if the deck is paused, pressing a hot cue will only play as long as you hold the button, if the deck is playing, pressing a hot cue will play from that hot cue. You can change this in the rekordbox preferences > Controller page > Deck tab:

No - having a permanently engaged "SLIP" is not a possibility, nor is it a good idea. Play around with it for a while and think about that operation and you'd understand why.

There is no auto-mix, but auto-play will allow you to play one track after the other.
