Pioneer DDJ SX

Hey,

I got some Problems with my Pioneer DDJ SX.

First one is that the FX Buttons on the left side as well as the Pitch Control on the left Deck are not working fine. Pitch only goes from -2 to +2. On the right deck everything is fine. The FX knobs have the same issue it is only a very small midi signal. 

Next thing: There is no Signal on my Headphones anyway not even a signal between the Booth Signal.

I use Serato DJ, a Mac and connect my SX via Chinch to my KRK Rokits.
