ISSUE WITH DDJRR FX SECTION

Hi,

I am having an issue with one channel on my controller.

The fx section is stuck and does not respond to hardware commands.

The hardware and software is at its latest versions. 4.2.5 and 1.04

I have tested with another pc and the result is the same.

Please help
