DDJ RX + Rekordbox Clipping

With my hardware mastet volume and gain knobs on any of the decks set to 1/4, I am redlining/ clipping hard. There is an internall volume indicator in the top right of rekordbox set to like 95% (next to the option to turn on laptop sound) but i can't find the menu to lower that. Any idea how to lower the internal master volume of rekordbox. Tried the system volume mixer/ laptop volume, does nothing for rekordbox.
