tracks changing when put on usb

when putting a track from my collection to a USB it appears as a different track on the USB.

This applies when using sync manager also.

Ive tried right clicking on a track and exporting that way but still it appears as a completely different track on the USB. 

I updated rekordbox last week and today is the first time ive tried to put music on my USB. 

Re-installed multiple times and still not working
