DDJ-SZ FX

I work at a radio station in Christchurch in New Zealand, we use a DDJ-SZ on air and we've been having trouble with our FX and also USB A.

Problem that is effecting all DJs: Channel 2 fx dry/wet pot is always on when we turn on the fx. You can't turn the FX down at all. Wanted to try and do a hard reset on the unit to see if that helps.

We've also been having problems with USB A - when some DJs plug it in it crashes their computer randomly or whenever the USB is nudged, and other DJs have no problem with it. We always get people to update drivers ETC, but we are wondering if it would be a user problem or a pioneer problem. What could help to address the problem.
