Pioneer DDJ SX Performance Pad Issue

Good day i was having troubles with my pioneer ddj sx2 performance pads.

On the right deck the 7th n 8th pads malfunction from time to time, not occasionally but from time to time. it would randomly set a cue while I'm mixing and then keep playing the cue over and over for a while. only on the right deck. if i have it on sampler they would both light up because and effect is there but will never play no matter the times i hit it, i would be able to use all my pads on my left deck but not the right. in order to use my player properly i would have to leave the right side on sampler, then remove the last 2 effects to prevent them from being activated randomly.
