DDJ RZX firmware unable to install

DDJ RZX firmware updater will stop working. Updater will open, but when in the process of updating, windows says, " DDJ Updater has stopped working" then forces me to close the updater. Can not update from version 1.03 to 1.05. I have Windows 10. Please

DDJ-RZX Firmware Update Crashing

Power off the DJ Unit

Open the command prompt in win 10

Change Directory to the unzipped files

Hold down the shift and sync buttons while pressing the power button.

run DDJ_UPDATE.exe while powering up.

Update installs without error.
