DDJ-SX2 no audio output to headphones when using cue

When using cue on DDJ-SX2 there is no sound in headphones, all sound is output through master out. System used is Macbook Pro OS 10.12.3 Sierra with 2.3 GHz i7, 4GB Memory. The latest firmware has been installed for the DDJ-SX2 and still cue isn't working through the headphones. Any ideas?

can get it to work in pc

Hi Jason, thanks for your response.

I tried connecting headphones to pc but not working either. It's like the cue is not working at all. When cue is on, the headphones are bypassed completely.
