Quantize Function

Hi, I use Rekordbox DJ, when I form a loop, BPM matched and in Phrase I find that on some occasions, not all that after a couple of loops the tracks start to drift apart, no longer aligned. Is this something I'm doing or is it the software?

Someone has suggested that he quantize settings may not be set correctly. Can someone please advise?
