XJD-RX LINK
Well, third time I have to come back to this issue.
LINK button does not show up in my rekordbox.
- both RB (v4.3.0v) and XDJ (v2.20) run on latest update
- using standard ethernet cable (switched, so no malfunction there)
-using official apple ethernet-usb adapter (worked like a charm before)
Connect everything as it should; ethernet in LINK port on XDJ, adapter in USB port on laptop, start up rekordbox, start up XDJ .. nothing.
It's really an issue for me this is at random, I have no idea why it's not working. Maybe the latest update? Someone from Pioneer please give some feedback. I would like to have a fix to this problem like .. permanently. It's a real time absorbing issue.

Is Rekordbox in 'Export' mode?

Thanks for the fast response!
It worked perfectly on previous RB versions. RB is indeed in export mode not in performance cause then this function is not available.
I just did some testing. It works when I put a router in between my laptop and the XDJ. Then the connection is established.
With previous versions I used to be able to just connect my laptop directly to the XDJ using the ethernet cable and apple ethernet/usb adapter.
Something is goiing wrong when I do that? (no firewall, it's off)
So it works but I'd like to understand why the previous working method (which is quite a lot easyer and faster) isn't working anymore.
