DDJ RZX SCREENS FROZED

FOR SOME REASON today while playing music videos on the ddj rzx I noticed that the screens were working good at first but then after a little while they frozen. NO touch screen functionality or movement on them. but the music and video kept playing I was using an output video monitor to view the videos . that kept on working but the screens frozen.  I would like to know if this is a known firmware issue of how can it be resolved.  Thank you.
