Redkordbox not regconize my account

So I just got my first controller, DDJ RR. It have a redkordbox key in it. However, when I press activate in Redkordbox, the app required login again. When I type my password and my email of my account, it said my password or email not correct, I have tried it for many times and make sure my login info is correct. However, it still not work. I'm using Windows 10 on Lenovo Thinkpad 2016. What should I do?

Go to kuvo.com login page and try to reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link.

Are you able to login to the KUVO site with your credentials?
