Master pc ddj sb2

Can i use a pc master out with ddj sb2 and serato dj intro ? I mean hear my mix with my computer's speakers and keep the cue with headphones

As far as I know serato intro does not support dual sounds cards , that is one channel pair to the on board sound and one channel pair to the ASIO card inside the SB2's , you can get simple RCA to headphone jack cables on amazon/ebay or even make yourself. 

I purchased a cheap set of Beringher speakers that have RCA input or 3.5 headphone jack, cost $20 and worth it too, they are great cheap studio speakers for dj'ing this tech.
