Error code 33

when i try to lunch Rekordbox it tell " performance mode can not be used" because of error code 33, something to do with system clock? i need performance mode to use my DDJ RX.. i downloaded a 30 day trial? please help

Did the problem get solved? Mine has just done this and ive sent of an inquiry im panicking because i have a show this weekend!!!
