Hi,
The licence key for Rekordbox DJ can only be used on one installtion of Rekordbox at the time. If you have used Rekordbox DJ on another computer before, you first have to detatch the key from this unit, before you can activate it on a new one. This is done with the settings pane in Rekordbox, under "Licence".
Did you buy your controller used? If so, you need to get the first owner to follow the procedure above on his or hers computer.
