DDJ-RB : Something wrong with the software Rekordbox

Hi,

I recently bought the controller Pioneer DDJ RB and have set up everything.

However, the problem is in the program doesnt show the BMP properly. (please see the attached picture. I am using window 8.1. Please help and explain me what to do in detail. Thank you very much for your help.

You need to update the graphic driver of your PC to the latest one.

Visit the manufacturer's website where they have tools available to check for you and update.

Thank you for your reply.

I have done what you recommended. I updated my Graphic drive already and reinstall the program but still the same. Are there any other suggestion what should i do?

These problem is really annoying.

Is your PC enough to the system requirements of rekordbox?
