Sync Master

Hello Again!

Why the Sync option always need a master? Why it's not simple like we see on serato? Each time a want to use it, i have to think about which one is the master and when i want to accelerate the beat, 1/2 it tell me i can't accelerate or, when it work, the bpm on the screen stay a the same place... so, if i start to accelerate a 115 bpm tp go to 128... at the screen, it continu to tell me i'm at 115... when i was using the DDJ-SZ, no master to use, I was able to use the deck 1 or 2 to accelerate the beat... without saying which one is the "master" ... It's a big problem when i'm in a show... I can't understand why Pioneer have so many problem to optimized Rekordbox... I'm thinking about selling my XDJ-RX and go back to DDJ-SZ2 with serato, who he is 10 years in advance ....

You may not have been able to change the tempo because of the hardware fader position not matching the software fader position; this is known as a "pickup" and in order to make a change, you can take the fader to that position.

The reason a master is used as it allows intelligent synchronization across multiple decks, and you CAN change the master by pressing the MASTER button on any deck.

There are a couple of threads about asking just to do it as simple as with other DJ software. So I am wondering why you need to do it differently. It would be great to just offer it as an alternative and keep the way you are doing it now as some might like the way it is implemented with Rekordbox, but there seem to be many that would like to use the sync in an easier way.
