Achat rekordbox comment être rembourser?

Bonjour,

 

J'ai acheté par erreur rekordbox dj alors que j'utilise mes platines en RJ45 et non en USB donc le logiciel ne me sert a rien.

J'ai acheté le logiciel le 10/06/2017 , comment puis-je être rembourser?

Sorry - rekordbox dj is available for a 30 day free trial, and unfortunately we do not provide refunds for software, per the rekordbox.com purchase page:

Returns or refunds are not accepted in principle due to the nature of the products. For more details, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions listed on the purchase screen.
