DDJ-RR

My DDJ-RR is few months old. Yesterday the controller crashed the rekordbox dj. When I restarted the knobs didnt sync with the screen pots seen in rekordbox dj. What I mean is ALL the knobs/pots are out of calibration and do not match with onscreen presentation off each knob/pot/fader.

I hope I explained is as clear as possible. Is there a way to calibrate or rest to factory settings?

Need ASAP advice.

A simple restart should clear this up

Thank you for your "quick" response. But do you honestly think I would have gone to the trouble of asking advice if that was the solution? Simple restart DOES NOT clear this up... I was expecting a more professional assistance....

Yes, I do. The majority of issues brought up on our forums have simple solutions. Most often... Restart. Update the firmware. Download the driver. Try a different USB port. Try a different USB cable. Since the restart did not work, I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling rekordbox. You can also try to delete the RR as a MIDI device in your computer's MIDI settings.
