My work laptop is being replaced as it is faulty (under warranty) which I used my free licence I got with DDJ-RX...I know you could use it on 2x computers but wanted to remove it from laptop going back so I still had 2x licences...so can use on new work laptop as well as personal laptop...so I used the pioneer 'uninstall' on the faulty laptop to remove...however I can still see this laptop detailed on my licenses on the website log in profile...is there a way I can remove this without having to download the programme again on the faulty laptop?? Annoyingly wish I had read the link above first!!
Your earliest response would be much appreciated as the faulty laptop is being collected tomorrow at 8am!!!!!!!

@Karl > If you can deactivate it yourself, that's the better option, but if not, please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will help you free up that second installation.
