Having used Rekordbox DJ with both RX and RZ, I can attest that they both work very well - and have never encountered the problems you describe here.The sync function works well for those who use that, but require properly analyzed and beatgridded tracks to work. On some tracks, manual adjustments to the detected grid might be needed, but this is easily done in in the software. Are you familier with the Master Tempo feature? What are you syncing to?

Rekordbox can be quite demanding on your hardware, and depending on what OS you run, and which programs are running alongside Rekordbox, you could run into resource problems. My advice would be to check your drivers, update what can be updated, and make sure to close down apps and programs that doesn't need to run when you use Rekordbox. Also, as always, put your computer in Flight Mode.

You are out of the point . I Have a Very Strong PC , Never need to Put My PC in Flight mode. I am working on windows. You said all that i describe is not real , Its ok , your opinion. Try To Mix a Rnb track with a House track in Traktor Pro while u have sync on and watch how the 2 tracks are locked ( Their tempo ) and try the same in rekordbox.  Rekordbox has not good sync Fanction For 2 Reasons. 1reason is that while trying to mix the beat of the tracks are in diffent way and 2nd when push sync off the track change the +6 to wide with not my permision ... Epic!

Anyway i Just make the topic to say My Thoughts and my Problems and no blame. I Thing Rekordbox Support Could Work On Our Problems and solve them so we can use pioneer equip for years.

@Peppe> Type in ANYTHING + "problems" and you'll find plenty of posts. People don't go online to praise things, they go online to complain and seek solutions! You seldom see people going online to post:

"Hey, I'm just here to say my car is running great!"

"My camera works properly as it should and doesn't have any problems."

Is rekordbox perfect? Nope, but the product team is working hard all the time to address the problems or bugs in the software, improve upon things, and add new features. It's customer feedback that allows us to know what's going on and direct resources to the appropriate areas.

To address your specific comments:

1) Without knowing more or seeing a video, it's hard for me to say exactly why you're having that problem, but having used the software since before the first public launch, I can tell you it does do that, with the hardware you're using. Regarding your comment about the pitch range changing from 6% to "WIDE" -- if you're trying to sync two tracks that are beyond the currently selected pitch range, yes, it will have to do that. Don't want it to change? Don't press SYNC!

2) Many of the problems with rekordbox crashing are due to other applications or services running causing some kind of conflict. Again, without knowing more detail, it could be almost anything.

3) If you want to search your whole collection, click Collection, then click the search field or use the keyboard shortcut. The way the search currently works is it will search within the selected playlist. Kinda smart, if you ask me.

It would be good to show a video of you issue on point 1

On point 3, I don't think he's trying to search his collection but wants to search folders on his drives.  Like you can with Traktor.

If you click the "Explorer" icon on the file browser the search field disappears 

@Colin > I understand he wants to search his drive, but the songs can't be played unless they're in the collection, and if they're in the collection already, it doesn't matter where they're being searched from. Do you follow my logic?

Really I Cant Believe in My Eyes ... Is This an answer wich shows us the good willing that u want to Support and Help Us ? 

I have allready all my songs in my Collection And i have 250 Folders to Search , After 2-3 tracks i need to Change folders So My Life would be more easy if i had The SEARCH BOX on the right in each Folder i Explore . Is Too Simple for u to undertand what i want to say and its too simple for The programmers to make this Add on . I have allready read all the Rekordbox Forums and i can see daily Complains for Bugs or People begging For Updates To Play their music in Public. Really i am too disapoint From Your Support , I think that too many people will Lose their Jobs at Night Because all that mess with this Program. I wish i am wrong. I Love Pioneer Equip because i Use them 12 Years but as i can see , i cant be Familiar with this New Software. End Of Story and Really Sorry for all that situation i be compelled to write Here.

P.S , Dont Focus on Search box Problem , There are Tonz of Compability issues u Have to Focus. :|

@Peppe > I don't think you understand how the search function works -- why is it you think you need to search your folders? If all of that music is already in your collection, just type in the keyword in the search field and presto!

Reason 1.  Because one track happend been 3-4 Times in the library in a Different Category Music Folders and i want that time to Search The Specific Version of the track ( Remix) 

Reason 2 . My Collection Tree Is 25 colums Long and i have to Press The Serach Button All the time left or right  Till go To Collection and search my track while i am playing Music chosen tracks from a spesicif Folder , It is not right to Change Folders to Find a track after 5 seconds.

Reason 3 . The Console's Buttons are sensitive specially in Pionneer . I dont want to Break Down my Machine.

Reason 4 . Why is so difficult for the Technical support to Add this Little box at the same side as the collection in Every Folder ? 

This seems more to me like a workflow problem than a Rekordbox problem..

1) Search for the track name and ALL of the various mixes of that track will show in the results.

2) Why are you pressing anything left or right to search? If every song on your drive is in your collection, you can search your entire hard drive's contents all in the same place by searching the collection.

3) I'm sorry, I don't quite understand how they are "sensitive" -- can you explain that a bit?

4) Because rekordbox doesn't search YOUR HARD DRIVE! You should import ALL of your music so it's ready to play, then it's in your collection, making the search box in your finder / explorer UNNECESSARY.
