Hi so I am having some very serious issues with my rekordbox. As a DJ that plays out regularly it really important that I fix these problems! USBs have randomly corrupted on me mid set now and this is really frustrating considering the amount of money I have spent on the Pioneer equipment!
So I use 3 x XDJ-700s, and have had this problem on CDJ-2000NXS & XDJ-1000s as well.
Typically I will buy a new USB stick, format as fat32 with allocation size of 8192 (Or whatever the default 8,000 value is in Windows), do the whole rekordbox process of dropping my playlist on the USB, safely exporting from within rekordbox and usually it'll work fine.
The USB device will work fine for a few times of exporting tunes on to it, usually a few weeks, absolutely fine. Then suddenly the decks will stop liking the USBs and say they're corrupted, now at this point no lights even flash when I plug a USB in to the pioneer decks - but on the computer it's all fine not even a windows message saying it's corrupted, I've ran various different scans to check if the USB device itself is physically damaged or corrupted and the problem is they're fine.
I had this problem for a while on my old Macbook and then I transferred my library to my new desktop PC and the same things were happening.
So it's pretty clear that it is not the fault of my computer or the USB drives as I've purchased 6 from different manfuacturers all 32 GB in size.
4 x Lexar 32 GB USB 3 drive (these worked perfectly for 2-3 years the first 2 so I bought another 2)
2 x Kingston Technology 32 GB DataTraveler SE9 G2 USB 3.1 Gen 1/USB 3.0 Flash Drive x2
