DDJ-SB won't connect to my Mac!

It was working fine, then I tried to update the firmware and it gave me an error and hasnt connect since.

But...it works fine on my girlfriend's MacBookPro. I have tried different cables, USB ports on my MacMini but no dice.

Is there a way to factory reset it or delete the plug n play drivers (in case they are corrupted)?

I'm totally stumped on this as it works on one computer but not the other!

Cheers in advance!

There is no "factory reset" for the SB. What's the problem you're having?

For years I’ve used my SB and it worked well, but my PC is old now, so I bought a new 1 TB SSD to speed it up. I installed a new Win10, new software (I also use this laptop for work), and I wanted to install my SB and Serato Dj Intro, but when I plug in the controller, Serato gives me the messages “hardware is disconnected” and “audio connection failed”. It seems the controller works ok, and so does the USB cable. I checked the MIDI setup with MIDI-OX on, and it seem to be ok too with all midi signals. I even managed to play some songs with the SB soundcard. I made sure my sound card is the default device, but it didn’t help. The decks flash for a second and disappear. There are no conflicts in the device manager. It also tried different drivers from Microsoft, the SB DVD and the manufacturer’s website but nothing worked. My PC is a Toshiba Satellite P755-11N. I made a firmware update in SB too.
Any help would be appreciated!

1. Disconnect the DDJ-SB from your computer.
2. Open [Control Panel] → [Programs and Features] and uninstall the DDJ-SB driver.
3. Reboot Windows.
4. Install the DDJ-SB driver.
5. Connect the DDJ-SB to your computer.
6. Launch Serato DJ Lite

It still doesn't work. There is message: "Connection Error. Hardware cannot connect to Serato DJ Lite". I tried on other PS's and on one laptop doesn't work on desktop computer  works good, so im sure now that the SB and USB cable are ok.
