license key problem

Hi I have a problem, i bought a DDJ-RB and it came with a key on the back, I installed rekordbox 4.4.0 and went to license to activate performance mode and it gave me Error:5

when i put the dashes in between, its not enough for the key, when i remove the dashes, the key becomes too short.

please help me so i can start
