memory cue problem

Hola,

I had the ddj - sx2 for 1 year and did not have any problems with the Cue, now I have the ddj - rz. And since the plug has started to have problems with the cue, do not remain memorized.

I have unbalanced the rekordbox, to see if it was solved, but still the problem continues.

I have installed rekordbox 5.0 beta3. And the problem of cue follows that they do not stay memorized continues. And as I said days ago, the cue was memorized.

how i can fix? or pioneer can fix this problems in the next 5.0 beta4 or beta5.
