1. Please use XLR Cables. RCA is not optimal.
2. The Distortion buzzing noise may come from a Powersuply . Is there any in the same power lane ?
Basically I have had these KRK Rokit 5s with all the decks I have used, I originally had Traktor Kontrol S4 and I used to get feedback even when nothing was playing as soon as the decks were switched on with the speakers.
I originally assumed this would be due to my Traktor being plugged into my USB port on my Laptop and that would somehow send feedback ?
But I bought the XDJ RX the other day and the same thing is happening, an awful like buzzing sound constantly underneath, I have no idea why this is happening.
I am using the XDJ RX in stand a lone mode and I am using RCA cables to connect the speakers to the master on the RX!
Thanks a lot

I will buy some XLR cables thank you
And I am using a "power tower" currently set up with the XDJ RX and one of the speakers in one of the towers.
Then I have an extension cable from another plug socket with another speaker in.
Running an audio system to multiple electrical circuits can result in a ground loop, which causes a humming sound. Try moving everything to one outlet and see if the issue persists.
