Rekordbox & DDJ-RZX CRASHING

Good Day,

I was DJing on my DDJ-RZX for approximately 40 min until my Dell Windows 10 Inspiron gave me the "rekordbox not responding" sign on the software. This usually happens when I'm loading a track, scrolling the search bar, and on other occasions it just randomly crashes. This has been happening since the day I've got the DDJ-RZX in the mail. I am seriously considering to replace this crashing hardware that I own currently, with the DENON MCX8000.
