Love Pioneer gear ...have used it for years and had Rekordbox since the start. Had CDJ's Nexus System etc however a year ago I had everything stolen and had to start again.
Fortunately I'm busy and managed to get back on my feet again, however at the outset was looking for cheaper products to get started again, so went to the XDJ-RX as it had the screen and many other great back up features such as being able to play via USB and an Auto Play Mode ...a great machine.
Recently due to evolving in the VJ area I upgraded to a DDJ-RZX as it did everything I needed in a compact and convenient way. Felt it was disappointing that it was a controller only and no option (for backup purposes at least) to have a couple of USB ports, however still went for it with the intention of buying a cheap back up mixer.
One feature I overlooked when purchasing was the auto play mode. Recently I have had a number of wedding set ups before the meal with bespoke background music (so continuous mixes no good) ...and so far I can't work out a way of playing a playlist continuously, had tried just about everything.
Is anyone aware of a way of doing this ...if not is there any way of a hardware update on the way incorporating this feature ?
Can't believe this would be overlooked as it makes it no good for wedding DJs ...probably the biggest sales sector of the DJ industry.
Can anyone from Pioneer help with this issue ?
