Pioneer support no answer

I've sent almost 1 week ago 2 e-mail (because some of the problems has been already solved or better said i got answered by myself and the 2nd was to update that), to the support via inquiry on rekordbox website. 

Got problems with the activation of the license for DDJ-RB.

I bought it from a guy and he also gave me his log-in datas and license-key, but it shows always error 19. But he saying all the time he deactivated for sure, so i don't know if he's lying or there are some other problems.

I'm not sure if it was clear what i'm talking about, cause my english is not the best. I wrote in a pretty long text that im confused about the error and another problem that the profile frome the guy and my own profil are now connected together in one profile.

What means no matter which e-mail adress i use to log in (the one from seller or my own) i need the same password and both are shown with my name and last name. Also it says on the profile that there are no licenses.

So i hope you understand now what im talking about.

Or at least someone else from the community and can may help me to make clear for the pioneer support which help i need.

Phil,

I see on your ticket that you filed it on Sunday. Our teams are a little backed-up right now supporting all the new rekordbox 5 inquiries, however they will be able to address your licensing issue on that ticket.
