I know rekordbox and "touch" aren't two things commonly thrown together as the majority of rekordbox users are on a laptop + controller, but it has been brought up before. I'll pass this along for consideration.
Hi all,
im using PC+rekorbox 5.0+DDJ to perform. Thing is that my laptop is also 2in1 (you can bend it), in other words it can be used as a tablet. So I ussualy DJ without keybord, only using touchscreen to search for tracks. But problem is that when Im in browsing the "collection", search doesn't want to pop out the keybord like in all other applications. Considering that this works well with all other applications, Im more or less sure that is rekordbox related? Does anyone know if something can be done so that virtual keybord pops out when I press the search area in rekordbox?
Thanks!

I use my laptop in tablet mode, it sits great behind the mixer and prevents you from looking like your checking your email :)
to solve your problem I got a small blue tooth keyboard no usb dongle needed. its a great work around.
having your laptop folded makes it nearly impossible for liquid spill damages at gigs.
I've also bought a touchscreen PC (win10) and I'm using it with the keyboard, but I can't scroll in the playlists. (Rekordbox Music Management)
If you try to scroll, you replace the selected item (songs or playlists).
Also no multipoint touch respons
Are there windows settings for this or can it be integrated in a next version of Rekordbox?
Currently, no, but the engineers are aware of the requests. Thanks for your feedback.
I have just started using rekordbox on a convertible laptop with a touch screen as well. I cannot scroll playlists or any window for that matter in export mode with my fingers or the pen, as instead it initiates a drag of whatever I touch. Major bummer! I haven't tried performance mode yet.
This would be the ultimate way to play out, just one screen in front of the controller and nothing else visible.
+1 vote for touchscreen enhancements!!
In the mean time I'll keep my mouse handy....
Yep - +1 for multi touch business
Dragging and dropping tracks is fine - opening menu's etc - but using two fingers to scroll down on the list does not work (but it does in other programs)
I have a touchscreen above the decks - it's really nice to tap your tags as you go - but lacking in the touc-scroll means you need a mouse as well.... more surface space!!
