ddj sx2 - No Red Cue Coundown Leds on platters

HI Guys
recently purchased another DDJ SX2 (2nd hand)
on my original units the platters had an inner red LED ring which counted down to the next cue point. great for juggling.

I have gone into utility mode on the device and the red led appear
lyet there are not appears when in use , i only see the white needle led

any ideas? really bugging me as one of the favourites features is it a setting im forgetting ect
be useful if there is a breakdown on the different platter modes and display combos available through the utility mode. can confirm all my tracks have cue pints so this should work
