Yes, you can use one CDJ and one turntable, just select those as your inputs within the DJM-450 Settings Utility. Here's my S9 utility as an example:

Rekordbox dvs cd/vinyl at same time djm 450
Hey everyone,
I have a djm450 and i'm playing on last rekordbox with timecode cds on absolute mode ( pioneer cdj 200)
Right now i pick up vinyl control from rekordbox to use on my turntable..
Is it possible to use one chanel with turntable and other with cdj???
And one more question, on the last times i use the software have some crash and music stops playing.. i have to restart my laptop. (laptop its new and top hardware)??

Oh, and regarding the crashing, if it happens regularly, please file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to assist you in resolving this issue.
