I bought a new controller Pioneer DDJ RZX and there was a problem with playing video clips.
Before buying RZX I used SZ (Serato Video) and I did not have such a problem.
I buy clips on the site https://www.smashvision.net.
As soon as I run the video on Rekordbox the program itself closes with an error.
It may close in 5-10 minutes, and maybe immediately, it is not possible to understand the reason.
So I decided to write to you that you helped me figure out what was wrong.

What's the problem that the program itself turns off with an error I can not understand.

I tried on two computers.
MacBook Pro 15 "2015 i7 2.2 ghz 16gb RAM 256gb SSD
and
Apple iMac 27 "Desktop - 3.4GHz Intel Core i7 Quad-Core, 1TB Fusion Drive, 32GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM
On two computers, the program itself displayed an error and turned it off.
