If it's only happening on CH1, there's likely a faulty pot; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have the SX2 serviced. Sorry about that!

Pioneer DDJ-SX2 Bass cuts off
I've noticed my controller intermittently loses the bass on channel 1. I've tried different audio sources and files. I've even disconnected the laptop and tried sending through a regular audio source but it keeps happening.
