xdj-rx hotcue's bug

Hi there!

This day's I've installed the newest xdj-rx firmware (2.21) and I still have a hotcue bug, which was present on previous firmware's.

I've recorded a video (see here https://youtu.be/Plwqun1_kQk?t=19s  ) to see my bug. My hotcue bug like u can see in the video is, when I'm playing tracks from my usb, on the screen of xdj-rx my hot cue's are visible on the waveform, but the led's of the hotcue pad's are not lighted. Also to engage the hotcue's, I must press first the hotcue button (as soon as I press hotcue button, the hocue pad's start blinking), and then press the hotcue pad's, to engage the hotcue's. As u can see at the second hotcue track stop playing for 1 second and then start from that point. After that, hotcue's are working fine.

And off topic : the login on pioneer forum site is problematic. I tried a few time with my google account and the with pioneer account, but no luck.

What might be the problem??? This is a normal behaviour of the hotcues????

P.S. Excuse my english.

That's not a bug - you hadn't loaded the hot cues, which is why the button was flashing. When you pressed it the first time, it loaded the hot cue to memory.

Either set the preference to automatically load all hot cues, or press and hold the HOT CUE button to load them to memory before you begin playback.

Hi Pulse!

Hot cue auto load is already enabled. I did a few test's and I've noticed that this "bug" happened only when I used track search buttons ( < - > ). If I'm loading the tracks via loading arrows (left - right) hot cues are working fine.

Thanx for you're answer!

That's a design choice to maximize performance -- if you load a track with search or track buttons, the hot cues are NOT auto-loaded, even if that's set in your preferences. If you load by almost any other method, it will auto-load.
