Totally disspointed with Rekordbox 5 and Customer Care

Since the update from 5.0 till 5.0.2. Have been having a problem with rekordbox, durning gigs or when am playing at home, it crashed and no responding that I have to wake 2mins or more mins to get the response back. I have email Rekordbox customer care and I got email to send my dmp file. I sent it ASAP thinking my problem will be solve, not knowing I have to carry on waiting with no further reply or update with my situation.

Seen some people talking / rekordbox saying to get New Laptop or Mac as old one can't run the new Rrkordbox 5. I have 2016 MacBook Pro Touch Bar 8GB. Pls don't let us fool ourselves for this or waste money over this. I am regretting why I choose Rekordbox, cos am scared of booking gigs to no experiences, and Rekordbox customer care don't seem to care about it.

@Bolanle > I looked at the ticket and unfortunately the reason it took a while for anyone to respond was that the engineers were trying to replicate the issue but were unable to do so. I see our agent has also responded to you about an hour ago and is awaiting your response.

As you have that ticket, I will close this post so you can continue to receive support there.
