RB license transfer : no response from support team , please help

Bought a second hand interface 2 with licences for rbdj and dvs, and both the seller and myself are experiencing trouble with his deactivation / my activation. Seller has issued multiple tickets, no response for over a week (!!) , i myself have also issued a  ticket 5 days ago now, not a single response from the support team. If they are reading this please help ticket nr is #43670 i am so frustrated and disappointed with them just not responding for what should be a straightforward problem...

if not do any of you guys have any tips ? Seller has an open license on a laptop he sold, so we think we need support to resolve this ? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

@Dennis > Sorry about that - your initial inquiry was placed on Friday after our European support office was closed, and as you can imagine, a fair amount of inquiries are placed over the weekend. I've passed it along to our Japan team to see if they can assist, but chances are it's the seller's ticket that will have to be addressed as that's the license that needs to be liberated.
