RekorBox Remove Selected Tracks ??

Quick question before i make a mistake,I re-arranged many folders on my huge music collection and of course on RB it will show missing,there are too many to relocate so I figured it's better to re-analyze,now on Missing File Manager if i select all tracks that appear as missing and chose to remove all selected tracks would it delete them from the hard drive as well or just in the RB playlists?

Deleting within rekordbox only removes the tracks from the playlists (if in playlists), or collection (if in the collection).

You're better off to use the missing file manager to relocate them. Hopefully you only changed the parent folder of many other folders / files and it can then use that same information to relocate all the other files.
