Trouble with Rekordbox and latency

Hey there, first sorry for my bad "German" English ;D

I've some issue with RekordboxDJ: 

At first, there are some "latency" problems. Sometimes the program does not accept any input commands e.g. changing the pitch, pushing the Cue Points,... the program itself does not accept any requests like searching or even open the preferences, but music is still playing.
This problems keep for about 30 seconds up to a minute. After that time, all input commands I've done are processed at once: Pitching, pushing Cues, open preferences,...
Recently I bought a new Macbook Late 2016 for about 3000$, thus there should be enough resources in my opinion, but I had the same problems with my "old" macbook from late 2013 with Retina Display. So these problems are not depending on the Mac I think.

This issue is not depending on the hardware I use for DJing. I always use the DJM900NXS2 as a soundcard and either Technics with the DVS option or CDJ2000NXS (not the 2nd gen) connected with HID. ...Same problem in both setups.
Before I bought the 900NXS2 I had the DJM900NXS and even there were these problems.
I used various USB hubs and cables but without success.

I always use the library backup tool, given in Rekordbox to backup my data and switch from the old Mac to the new one.

Is there the chance, that these troubles are caused by my old Mac and were transferred with the Backup-Tool to the new one?

My Setup:
MacBook Pro 15" 2,7 GHz i7, 16GB RAM, Radeon Pro 455
(Old MacBook Pro 15" 2,3GHz i7, 16GB RAM, and a GeForce graphic chip)

DJM900NXS2
Mostly Technics 1210 in DVS Mode
Sometimes CDJ2000NXS in HID Mode
