Sx2 jog wheel issue. Help!!

The right platter on my sx2 becomes unresponsive after about 10 mins or so all the time. At first i thhought it may have been a firmware or sdj bug. It will come back in and out from time to time.

I checked the forum and realized the problem has to do with grounding. Funny thing is no outlet that i plug into has resolved the issue. Both home and at different locations. The same jog wheel always having problem.

After seeing some users mentioning that if the are holding on to the body of the controller the wheel will respond. I tried that and funny enough it actually responds if i put my hand on the other jog wheel.

Is there any known fix for this issue.
