Rekordbox deleted information of 73 tracks and a day later of 56 tracks. During the time I did not do anything in iTunes, besides listening to music.
@Johan > I never use iTunes for my rekordbox collection, I simply import tunes directly to rekordbox after I have placed them in the folder they'll live in.
If you want to import from iTunes, use the bridge - but be sure to disable iTunes' ability to rename files if you make any changes - uncheck this:

Are your tracks marked as missing in Rekordbox? Then, simply re-locate them and your beatgrid etc. should be restored. It's very easy to accidentally change the tag in iTunes while listening to music and if you have the app set to organise your music the location will change.
Yes, found the source of the problem, but how can I isolate rekordbox from iTunes in a way, that I could still import songs from there?
