Try a different USB cable. This can often fix many issues. Please let us know if that works.

Suddenly jog wheel problem DDJ RX
Hello, since today my jog wheel isn't working as supposed. Yesterday everything worked fine. When a track is played the jog wheel is not processing through it but adjusting the speed, like the sides should do it. If I pause the song or press shift it works normal. Please help, I have to play tonight...

I just came back from holidays, so it took me a while to respond.
I bought a new USB cable, reinstalled first Rekordbox, then the whole laptop and nothing worked. Please provide further information how to deal with this, because it really makes the whole RX worthless right now

Have you possibly disabled vinyl mode? Press SHIFT + SLIP to toggle it back.

hello am all the way in Ghana. i own a rekordbox ddi rx controller . after updating to version 5.2.2 - in fact the latest version of rekordbox , my jog wheels don't work no more. they can't even pause, scratch , do nothing. it has been a problem for 3 months and over- pls help ... i just tried the firmware option update where u press shift and sync and turn power on. still worthless same issue

am so stuck - i need help please . i have made money ready to purchase the video license in rekordbox but as long as this problem persists - i can't make a purchase. even though my controller is new, the crossfader moves so fine without any problem yet the crossfader doesn't work properly. when moving the crossfader, it trips ... doesn't move accordingly - i have since deactivated the crossfader and put all my channels on "thru"
