Ripping vinyl to digital issues

I seem to be having a bit of an issue, i used to be able to rip vinyl easily with no problems through the usb on my Pioneer PLX-500 but recently its not working properly. The time runs twice as fast on the recordbox recording function and the sound quality of the recording is poor and seems muffled. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have been experiencing the same issue with the most up to date version so have followed your instructions above and I'm getting the same results.
